Évora is in the Alentejo, a southern region of Portugal characterized by different types of soils and warm weather. Main red grapes: Trincadeira, Aragonês and Alicante Bouschet. Main white grapes: Antão Vaz, Roupeiro and Arinto.

Itinerary

8.45am – Departure from your hotel.
10.30am – Visit to a regional winery and tasting of 3 wines.
12.30pm – Free time for lunch.
2.30pm – Visit to the main sights of Évora: Chapel of Bones, São Francisco Church, Giraldo Square, Roman Temple, Cathedral and Roman Baths.
5pm – Return to Lisbon.
